Exchanges: You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item, under the same conditions that the item must be unused and in its original condition. - Return/Exchange Process
Requesting a Return/Exchange: Please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and information about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Return Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions upon confirmation.
Returning the Item: Please send the item back to us at the provided return address, including the RMA number. Ensure the package is properly protected during shipping and use a trackable shipping service.
Processing the Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method. - Return Address
